Cyber Fraud
Presented by Gary Dickinson, CITRMS and Jason Viechnikki, Philadelphia Insurance Companies
Luncheon will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at a New Location...The Las Vegas Country Club (3000 Joe W. Brown Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109).
Gary is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) – certified by The Institute of Fraud Risk Management. He is an accomplished speaker and leads identity theft workshops to educate and train others on what identity theft is and how to protect their businesses, assets and families from identity thieves. Gary also consults with business owners on the new identity theft laws and how to reduce their liability imposed under these laws. Many business owners and company executives are unaware of the civil and criminal penalties they may face for non-compliance with these new identity theft laws.
After receiving his BSME and MBA degrees from Purdue University, Gary has been a professional leader with over 20 years of results for companies Sony, NEC, Texas Instruments, ABC Audio Video, and Wyndham Vacation Ownership in Professional Sales and New Market Development – as well as Team Building, Project Management, and Customer Service and Support.
As a former victim of identity theft, Gary understands the difficulties in dealing with identity theft. He currently enjoys helping educate others on the #1 Crime in America – and firmly feels that EDUCATION is the best defense in the war against this silent crime.
Jason's background includes insurance sales for the past 5 years at Philadelphia Insurance Companies and prior to this he worked in the technology industry. He is acutely aware of the technological issues that can plague a business from an insurance standpoint. This is why he is very invested in the Cyber Liability issues and I maintain a very good understanding of the product.
